Trial Hook + Mailchimp integration approach
There are 3 ways to integrate Mailchimp forms with Trial Hook, depending on the type of forms you use and the locations:
If you are using a Mailchimp-connected form on your landing page / website (a custom form integrated with Mailchimp via page-builder's own integration or custom-made form), please follow the JS Snippet guide or any of the tool-specific integration guides.
If you are using a Mailchimp-connected form on your landing page / website (a custom form integrated with Mailchimp via page-builder's own integration), but don't have access to edit custom scripts, you can use Webhook as an integration option, which is described below. You are ultimately adding a Webhook for the selected Audience in Mailchimp.
If you are using Mailchimp's Forms feature (pop-up forms) you can use the JS Snippet approach on the page the pop-up shows (see first bullet) or use the Webhook integration, described below. You are ultimately adding a Webhook for the selected Audience in Mailchimp.
Adding Trial Hook Webhook to Mailchimp Audience
This will enable Trial Hook integration for all contacts added to the selected Mailchimp Audience
With the Audience selected, hover over More options and click Audience settings:
Click on Manage webhooks
Click Create webhook
Copy/Paste the Trial Hook webhook URL into the Callback URL field. From the Contact update types, select only the Subscribes option. And check all the options under the Contact update sources. Click Create webhook:
