How to set up Slack notifications in Trial Hook

You can configure in settings whether to receive Slack notifications after every signup.

Connecting to Slack workspace

The first step to start receiving Slack notifications is to connect to a Slack workspace and choose a channel.

Click Connect, and you will be taken to Slack's Workspace sign-in page (unless you are already logged in):

Once logged in, you will need to choose a channel and allow access:

If all went well, you will be redirected back to Trial Hook and will see that the connection has been established:

A confirmation message should also show up in a chosen channel in Slack:

To be triple-sure everything works, you can click Send Test in Trial Hook setting page and should see the following message in Slack:

Slack notifications

The Slack notifications message will contain all the enriched Person and Business insights for a contact:

In case Trial Hook wasn't able to fetch any details about the contact or you've hit your daily quota, the notification will reflect this as well:

Please note: notifications will only be sent once the data is enriched. There might be a slight delay between signing up and the data being available, depending on the enrichment queue at the time.

Disabling Slack notifications

If you want to stop receiving Slack notifications from Trial Hook, just remove the integrations in the settings page:
