Enrichment process in Trial Hook

An explanation on how Trial Hook enriches emails of users

Updated over 2 months ago

When you have connected your form to Trial Hook and confirmed data capture, Trial Hook will attempt to enrich every email address it receives. It will turn an email address into rich person and business insights.

Enrichment process overview

Every enrichment request is placed into a queue. This queue is shared across your own requests and those from other Trial Hook users. Once your request reaches the front of the queue, we start processing it. While we are fetching the details, you will see a message notifying you that your request is in the queue.

Trial Hook uses multiple GDPR-compliant providers to enrich email addresses and turn them into Person Insights and Business Insights.

Trial Hook will also fetch a person’s photo and the company logo.

Person insights

Trial Hook will fetch the following information for the person:

If Trial Hook can’t find a particular data point, it will be left blank. You can always add missing information or make changes.

Business insights

Trial Hook will fetch the following information for the company:

If Trial Hook can’t find a particular data point, it will be left blank. You can always add missing information or make changes.

Notifications

Email and Slack notifications are sent once the enrichment is completed. This means that if there is a longer queue of requests, it may take a minute for your notification to arrive.
