Even though Trial Hook is likely to return rich Person and Business Insights, it’s still possible for an email address to return partial information—or no information at all. This is most commonly due to:
Users signing up with personal email addresses (gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.)
Users signing up with a business email address but being new to the company
Users signing up with a business email address who have explicitly asked one of our data providers to exclude their data
